Setup & Configuration

"How do I change reward amounts?"

/config reward telegram_daily_checkin 25

Or use Partner Portal → Events → Edit Event.

"How do I enable/disable an event?"

Use Partner Portal → Events → Toggle the event on/off.

Or contact support for command-based toggling.

"How do I let moderators use admin commands?"

In Telegram, admin permissions are based on the group's administrator list. Anyone with admin rights in the group can use admin commands.

To add a moderator:

1. Go to group settings
2. Add them as an administrator
3. They can now use /config, /reward, etc.

Rewards & Earning

"Why didn't my user get rewarded?"

Check these common causes:

1. Cooldown hasn't passed

   • Check the event's cooldown setting
   • User may need to wait 24 hours

2. Event is disabled

   • Check Partner Portal → Events

3. Brand out of LTZ

   • Check Partner Portal for brand balance

4. User already claimed (one-time events)

   • Events like telegram_join can only be claimed once

"How do I manually reward a user?"

/reward @username 100

Streaks

"How do streaks work?"

1. User runs /daily each day
2. Consecutive days build streak counter
3. Higher streaks = higher multipliers
4. Missing a day resets streak (grace period applies)

"What are the streak multipliers?"

GM/GN Detection

"What messages trigger GM/GN rewards?"

Good Morning:

• gm, GM, good morning

Good Night:

• gn, GN, good night
• gn everyone, gn fam
• nighty night, sweet dreams

"Can users spam GM for rewards?"

No - there's a 24-hour cooldown. Each user can only earn GM or GN rewards once per day.

"How do users buy perks?"

1. View available perks: /perks
2. Purchase a perk: /claim <perk_id>

"Where do I create perks?"

Partner Portal → Perks → Create Perk

Perks are shared across Discord and Telegram.

/leaderboard shows rankings by:

Differences from Discord

"Why doesn't Telegram have role bonuses?"

Telegram doesn't have a role system like Discord. Role-based multipliers are Discord-specific.

"Why no reaction drops?"

Telegram's message components work differently than Discord. Reaction drops are Discord-specific.

"Can users earn cross-platform?"

Yes! If a user is on both Discord and Telegram with the same brand, their wallet is separate per platform, but perks and analytics are shared at the brand level.

Troubleshooting

"Bot isn't responding"

1. Verify bot is admin in the group
2. Check bot is added to the group
3. Try /help to test basic response

"/setup failed"

1. Verify Brand ID is correct (42 chars, starts with 0x)
2. Ensure you have Partner Portal subscription
3. Confirm you're a group admin

"Rewards not processing"

1. Check event is enabled in Partner Portal
2. Verify brand has LTZ balance
3. Check cooldown hasn't been hit
