GM/GN Detection

The bot automatically detects "good morning" and "good night" messages and rewards users.

Recognized Patterns

Good Morning (case-insensitive):

• gm, GM
• good morning
• gm everyone, gm fam, gm frens
• morning!
• rise and shine

Good Night:

• gn, GN
• good night
• gn everyone, gn fam
• nighty night
• sweet dreams, sleep well

Default Rewards

Cooldown

Each user can only earn GM or GN rewards once per 24-hour period. This prevents spam while rewarding genuine participation.

Quality Message Scoring

Messages can be scored and rewarded based on quality metrics.

Scoring Criteria

Messages scoring above the threshold receive rewards.

Default Settings

• Enabled: No (opt-in)
• Reward: 10 LTZ per quality message
• Max daily: 5 rewards

Enable in Partner Portal

Go to Events → Create or edit message_quality event → Enable.

How It Works

When messages are sent in your group:

1. Bot receives message via webhook
2. Checks for GM/GN patterns using regex
3. Validates cooldown - has user claimed today?
4. Processes reward if valid
5. Responds with confirmation (optional)

Response Behavior

GM/GN rewards are processed silently by default to avoid spam. Users see their reward when they check /balance or /daily.

Via Partner Portal

Events → Select gm_checkin or gn_checkin → Edit:

• Reward amount
• Cooldown (hours)
• Enabled/disabled

Via Discord (if using same brand)

Events are shared, so configuring via Discord /config events also affects Telegram.

Best Practices

Prevent Spam

1. 24-hour cooldown is standard and effective
2. Consider channel-specific rewards in larger groups
3. Monitor for abuse in audit logs

Balance with Other Rewards

GM/GN should complement, not replace, daily check-ins:

• Daily check-in: 10-25 LTZ
• GM: 25-50 LTZ
• GN: 15-30 LTZ

Community Culture

GM/GN rewards work best in communities that already have a "gm" culture. If your community doesn't naturally say "gm", consider whether to enable these rewards.
